Before your guests arrive, we will deliver, assemble, and style your chosen teepee decor with bedding, blankets, pillows, fairy lights, and trays. When your event is over, we will return the next day to pack everything up, leaving you with magical memories to cherish forever. You can expect prompt and professional service that makes planning your party or event easier.

How much space is needed?

Each teepee and bed measures about 4.5 ft. by 6 ft., with a twin-sized mattress for each. We need at least 16 ft. by 24 ft. of free space, depending on the number of teepees rented. When quoting your price, we will carefully assess your space and decide the best and safest layout.

How is equipment cleaned?

We prioritize the safety and cleanliness of our sleepover materials. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. Additionally, we employ a professional laundry service to clean all bedding.

What can I do to prepare for setup?

To ensure a magical sleepover experience, we ask that the setup area be smoke and pet-free and as clean as possible. Please move as much furniture from the area as you can. The more space and less furniture, the better!

How much is the deposit?

A $150 security deposit (non-refundable and transferable) is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due one week prior to booking. A $100 damage deposit (refundable) is also required.

What is a damage deposit?

A damage deposit is a refundable fee returned after inspection of the rental equipment. If any damages occur during the rental, an itemized price list will summarize the damage charges. Any remaining deposit fees will be refunded to the customer. The damage deposit is due the day of the delivery.

When is the final payment due?

The final payment is due one week prior to the event date. If payment is not received or the date is not changed, the security deposit will be forfeited.

​

How long is the rental period?

The rental period is typically 24 hours, though this may vary depending on our prior arrangement.

What are your delivery areas?

We serve Ottawa-Gatineau and United Counties of Prescott & Russel, including: Rockland, Wendover, Alfred & Plantagenet, L'Orignal, Hammond, Hawkesbury, Vankleek Hill, Casselman, Embrun, Russel, Cumberland. Contact us for any location questions or concerns.

What if I need to cancel my party?

We understand that plans can change. Parties can be rescheduled for a later date. The security deposit is non-refundable but transferable. If the party is canceled within 7 days prior to the event and all fees have been paid, the funds are only transferable or you can receive a 50% refund of the party.

How does booking a teepee party work?

  1. Pick your date.

  2. Pick your theme.

  3. Choose any add-on packages.

  4. Complete the contact/inquiry form on our website.

  5. After booking, you will receive an email with your party proposal.

  6. Pay the deposits to secure your date.

  7. Sign your contract.

  8. You're all set!

*Your date is secured once the deposit is paid and the contract is signed.

Can I keep the teepees for more than one night?

Absolutely! You can extend your party for an additional night for $50 per teepee per night, subject to inventory availability and our booking calendar.

How long do you need to set up?

Our setup team is focused on safely and efficiently setting up your teepee party. Setup takes 1-3 hours depending on your theme, location, and the number of teepees included in your package.

​

Can I have you set up my teepees in the morning and let me keep them overnight?

Yes! Setup start times are scheduled between the morning and 3 pm, depending on circumstances and schedules.

​

Do you have hypo-allergenic options?

Yes, all our teepees and bedding are cleaned with non-fragrant hypo-allergenic detergent to ensure comfort for guests sensitive to allergens.

​

What if I have pets?

We love pets, but please keep them off the teepees to prevent puncturing the air mattresses.

​

I have a special theme for my party. Can you accommodate?

Yes, we can customize any theme or colors for an additional charge of $50 to $100, depending on the theme and number of guests.

 

Can I request props?

Absolutely! Props make sleepover parties pop. Select your party props from our add-ons when booking. If you have a special request, let’s chat! Additional pricing will apply.

What colors do you have?

We offer a wide range of colors. Choose from our curated collection or request a specific color at no extra charge. Let's talk about your options!

Do you have to come to my house to see the space before you quote me?

No, for your convenience, please send pictures of your space on the day of setup. This helps us provide the best layout according to the shape and size of the area.

What if I need to add or remove teepees at the last minute?

We understand last-minute changes happen. Adding teepees may be possible depending on availability with additional fees. If a teepee needs to be removed, the original booking fee remains.

​

Do your teepees work for adults, too?

Yes, our teepees are 5 ft. tall and can accommodate adults. Air mattresses are twin-sized. Adult teepee sleepover themes are considered custom. Contact us for more details.

What options do you have for boys' parties?

Boys love teepee sleepovers, too! We offer themes like Gamer, Glow in the Dark and more. Contact us to discuss custom theme ideas.

Who will be coming to my home to set up and break down the teepees?

We will! The business owner and possibly an assistant will set up and break down the teepees at the designated time.

​

Can we personalize the keepsakes?

Yes, personalize items for your guests by submitting the guest list with the correct spelling of names at least two week prior to your event.

Do you have a DIY option?

Yes! We are now offering a DIY option!

​

Can I have my party in my backyard?

No, we do not offer teepee party in the backyard at the moment.

 

How far in advance should I book my party?

Book at least three weeks in advance. If booked one week prior, the full balance is due on the booking day.

​

Are your teepees safe? How are they secured?

Teepees are secured at the top with rope. Once open, they remain stable.

​

Do you do day rentals?

Yes, you can rent our teepees for photo shoots, weddings, or picnics.

​

Do I need a power supply?

Yes, we use extension cords to blow up the air mattresses.
